Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to go ahead. For larger jobs like a rewire, switchboard upgrade or renovation fit-out we'll come out, look at what's there and give you a written price so you know exactly what's included before anything starts.
Can you come out for an urgent electrical fault?
Yes. Call us on 0405 708 698 and tell us what's happening. If you can smell burning, see scorch marks around a socket or have exposed wiring, switch that circuit off at the board and don't use it until we've had a look.
My switchboard still has old fuse wire — does it need replacing?
Plenty of older Werribee homes still run ceramic fuses with no safety switches. They won't protect you from electric shock the way an RCBO does, and they struggle with modern loads like split systems and induction cooktops. We'll assess your board and explain your options.
